Sometimes the process of printing the engineering plate is not complete due to the presence of a jam in the heater, and this jam may happen due to several possibilities.

But before knowing the possibilities of malfunctions, the heater, which is a group of wires connected to each other, absorbs heat from the body of the machine and uses it to fix the ink on the plate.

Often with frequent printing, and no heater wire being cleaned, the ink builds up on them, forming solid blocks, which cause the heater to jam.

To solve this problem, care should be taken to clean the heater well, remove its ink or exhaust, and reinstall it again.
